Human experience design has moved beyond products that are simply functional. People expect products that address their emotional needs, as well as their functional needs.

People look for products they can fall in love with, from us or from our competitors.

In this master class, participants learn 10 emotional needs that contribute to a product love experience and methods for designing digital products that address those needs. Tamara and Brian share their personal stories of creating products humans love.
